This project replaces manual record-keeping and fragmented information management in children's ride rental services. Through a centralized dashboard, operators can monitor the real-time status of the entire fleet. Rental sessions are initiated by scanning a customer card, and upon vehicle return, the system automatically calculates charges based on predefined cancellation policies and time-rounding rules. The reporting module provides advanced filtering capabilities, enabling operators to track revenue, analyze rental activities, and generate detailed financial reports. By automating rental management and accounting processes, the system improves operational efficiency, reduces human error, and enhances financial transparency.
